Studies on Mindfulness
Often times when there is anxiety and/or depression being experienced, we are living in the past or future of worries. At prosperity therapy we believe in the importance of mindfulness and support client with these practices.
Compassion
Often we tend to talk to ourselves in ways that don't encourage or acknowledge our accomplishments. DBT and CBT skills can support clients in adapting new ways of self talk that is important for an ease in everyday life.

Meditative techniques, visualizations and discussion of thoughts are used to understand a clients way of thinking and support them with creative, calm and helpful ideas.
